Terms of Service

1. Overview

By using our website, booking a demo, or purchasing our services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms. LWB Media provides AI-driven marketing automation that helps home-service companies recover missed calls and book more jobs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to act on behalf of your business.

3. Services & Deliverables

Our Services include:

• AI missed-call detection, follow-up, and booking automations
• CRM and communication system integrations
• Reporting, support, and optimization

We may improve, update, or modify features at any time to enhance performance.

4. Fees & Payments

• Setup Fee: $1200 (one-time, non-refundable once work begins)
• Monthly Fee: $399 (month-to-month; auto-renews unless cancelled 7 days before renewal)
• Fees are billed in USD and processed through secure payment providers.

Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Maintain active phone systems or CRMs used for integration
• Follow all laws regulating automated messaging (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
• Use our systems ethically and within U.S. law

You are solely responsible for compliance with any industry or state communication rules.

6. Profit-First Guarantee

If our system does not produce at least 2× your total investment within 30 days, we will continue running your system free of charge until it does. Guarantee applies only when:

• The system is fully installed and active for 30 days
• The client responds to onboarding requests and keeps phone/CRM systems connected
• LWB Media's performance data verifies call and booking volume

This guarantee covers service time, not refund of setup fees already rendered.

7. Termination

Either party may cancel Services with 7 days' written notice. LWB Media may terminate immediately for non-payment, abuse, or illegal use.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copy, software, and creative materials remain the property of LWB Media LLC. Clients may use deliverables for internal business use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

LWB Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to us in the 30 days before a claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes shall be handled in courts located in that state.
